Job summary

SBH Fashion is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to drive growth across its direct-to-consumer sites and marketplaces. You will oversee Shopify storefronts, manage Amazon listings, and collaborate with a digital agency to optimize paid campaigns.

The role requires hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon, and analytics, plus a strategic, entrepreneurial mindset to scale multiple brands and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce management experience, preferably within apparel, fashion, consumer products, or a related industry.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Shopify websites.
• Demonstrated experience growing and optimizing an Amazon marketplace business.
• Working knowledge of paid digital media, including agency management and performance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce analytics, conversion, customer acquisition, and profitability.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
• Highly organized, commercially focused, and comfortable managing multiple brands or workstreams.
• Strong cross-functional communication and project-management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ecommerce business for one to two brands across company-owned websites and online marketplaces
• Oversee Shopify storefront operations, including merchandising, product launches, promotions, content updates, and site optimization
• Manage and grow the brands’ Amazon business, including listings, merchandising, inventory coordination, promotions, and marketplace performance
• Develop and execute ecommerce strategies designed to increase traffic, conversion, revenue, and profitability
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership
• Partner closely with the external digital agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns
• Evaluate agency performance and ensure media investments align with revenue and profitability goals
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, sales, operations, and inventory teams to support product launches and seasonal initiatives
• Improve the online customer journey through testing, site enhancements, and conversion-rate optimization
• Manage ecommerce calendars, promotional plans, and digital merchandising strategies
• Monitor competitor activity, marketplace developments, and emerging ecommerce trends
