Job summary

Talentfoot Executive Search client is a growing lifestyle brand seeking a Digital Merchandising and eCommerce Manager to own the online storefront and treat it as a top retail channel. You will drive homepage creative, collection merchandising, and conversion optimization while partnering with Creative, Marketing, Buying, and Operations to align digital initiatives with brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume ecommerce site with measurable revenue impact.
• Four to six+ years in ecommerce, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer retail brands.
• Strong Shopify experience and deep understanding of the customer journey.
• Experience with GA4 and ecommerce reporting, plus behavioral analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce site merchandising and accuracy to drive conversion.
• Refresh product collections and navigation based on launches and seasonality.
• Manage launch calendar with Creative and Marketing for timely site assets.
• Translate brand campaigns into cohesive onsite experiences across channels.
• Analyze customer journey to identify friction and run A/B tests.
• Deliver regular insights on revenue, conversion, AOV, and performance to leadership.
• Collaborate with Buying/Planning to set benchmarks for site KPIs.
• Oversee QA for desktop and mobile and evaluate apps to boost performance.
