Job summary

Sunco Lighting Inc. in Valencia, CA, seeks an experienced Digital Ecommerce Manager to oversee ecommerce website operations, UX, and technology. You will coordinate with developers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure performance, usability, and brand consistency while driving AI-enabled productivity initiatives.

The role focuses on managing platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, etc.), analytics, and conversions, with an on-site schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, website operations, digital commerce, or ecommerce project management.
• Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital projects.
• Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, QA, and launch planning experience.
• Knowledge of ecommerce technologies, integrations, analytics, tracking, checkout systems, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and visual design judgment.
• Experience using analytics and behavior tracking tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow improvement

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce Website & Platform Management: oversee day-to-day operations and related systems.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, designers, and internal teams to implement enhancements and resolve issues.
• Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, bugs, tracking, and site reliability.
• Lead ecommerce and website projects from planning through launch.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve online shopping experience.
• Maintain brand consistency across pages, banners, and assets.
• Serve as business-side owner of ecommerce technology, integrations, and platforms.
• Explore practical uses of AI to improve productivity and workflows.
• Monitor analytics, tracking, and reporting; prepare performance insights.
