Job summary

Sunco Lighting Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Ecommerce Manager to oversee ecommerce website operations, UX, analytics, and integrations.

This on-site role at our Valencia, CA headquarters collaborates with developers, agencies, and internal teams to drive performance, brand consistency, and innovative AI-driven improvements. You will manage projects from planning through launch, optimize the customer journey, monitor site performance, and ensure reliable checkout experiences.

Qualifications

• 5 years in ecommerce, website operations or ecommerce project management.
• Experience managing ecommerce websites and digital projects.
• Hands-on experience with major ecommerce platforms.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, QA, and launch planning experience.
• Knowledge of ecommerce technologies, integrations, analytics, tracking, checkout systems, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong UX/UI understanding and visual design judgment.
• Experience using analytics and behavior tracking tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in AI tools and workflow improvement

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce website operations and related digital systems.
• Oversee website updates, checkout functionality, payment settings, tracking and apps.
• Coordinate with developers, agencies, and internal teams to implement enhancements.
• Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, and site reliability.
• Lead ecommerce and website projects from planning through launch.
• Apply UX/UI best practices to improve the shopping experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Manage priorities, risks, budgets, and timelines.
• Test before and after launches to ensure proper implementation.
• Maintain brand-consistent visuals across desktop and mobile.
• Ensure tracking pixels and conversion events function properly.
• Suggest data-driven improvements to usability and conversions.
