Job summary

Kärcher is seeking a senior marketplace leader to define and drive our presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces from our Aurora, CO offices. You will set strategic direction, forecast growth, and optimize pricing and promotions to maximize sales while complying with cross-channel policies.

You will oversee marketplace operations, listings, content, and campaigns, collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Sales to identify growth opportunities and improve performance across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 4+ years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or e-commerce.
• Strong preference for Amazon VC experience; Seller Central a plus.
• Proven ability to grow visibility and sales on marketplaces with brands.

Responsibilities

• Define, set, and execute the strategic direction and business plan for Kärcher on Amazon and key marketplaces.
• Establish sales goals with regular forecasts; monitor against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Develop pricing and promo strategies that drive top-line growth within cross-channel policies.
• Oversee marketplace activities, optimize listings, content, and promotions; enhance visibility.
