Responsibilities

• Define, set, and execute the strategic direction, vision, and business plan for Karcher's presence on Amazon and other key marketplaces.
• Oversee and enhance marketplace activities, including Amazon marketing, product listings, content optimization, and promotional execution.
• Oversee and continuously improve logistical operations, including order fulfillment, demand planning, and integration of channels.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Amazon and other Marketplace Vendors and Merchants; generate ad-hoc performance reports.
