You will also support store operations in achieving online and in-store goals.

Qualifications

• No degree required; ability to demonstrate capability and learn continuously.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to relate with customers effectively.
• Comfort with using office software and online tools to manage listings and sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value donations for eCommerce and store display.
• Assist in selecting and forwarding items to the eCommerce facility.
• Process and organize products for online posting and in-store showcases.
• Support store management in achieving online and in-store sales goals.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area; adhere to safety protocols.
• Hit financial goals/budgets where applicable.
