Job summary

Tonys Coffees & Teas Inc is seeking an eCommerce Fulfillment Associate to support the eCommerce Operations Manager in daily duties across three brands: Tony's, Camber, and Forecast. You will help process orders, pack shipments, and provide prompt customer service.

You will coordinate with the team, maintain product information, track inventory, and keep the warehouse tidy. The role requires reliable, independent work and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with Google Workplace Suite; WordPress is a plus
• Ten-key, data entry, and other typing skills are a plus
• Familiarity with coffee or barista experience is a plus
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must be able to lift 20 lb
• Must be able to stand for long periods
• High School Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily eCommerce business for three brands (Tony's, Camber, Forecast)
• Process orders from various digital platforms
• Pack orders to ship in a timely manner
• Provide prompt customer service via email and phone
• Coordinate with other eCommerce team members on daily fulfillment requirements
• Maintain and update product information across internal systems and platforms
• Monitor and maintain inventory items including packing supplies
• Follow internal inventory procedures with distribution
• Maintain a tidy workspace in the distribution warehouse
