Tea Collection is seeking a Supply Chain and Fulfillment Associate to support end-to-end supply chain processes across E-commerce and Wholesale channels. You will coordinate inbound logistics, shipments, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery.

This role emphasizes proactive problem solving, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with agents, vendors, and warehouse teams. You’ll be part of an AI-enabled Ops group that aims to improve visibility and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound logistics, shipments, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with agents, vendors, and warehouse teams to resolve issues.

• Provide regular forecasts to support staffing and operational planning.
