Job summary

The Republic of Tea is seeking an organized Omnichannel Support Specialist to assist Commerce and Ecommerce TEAms with retailer programs, documentation, and day-to-day sales operations. You will coordinate with brokers, distributors, and cross-functional TEAms to ensure timely delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will manage retailer portals, maintain product information, and support promotional activities while improving operational efficiency and service levels for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Prepare retailer forms, new item paperwork, and promotional documentation.
