Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and take direction in English.
• Proficiency with computers is a must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Strong initiative and self-driven, ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
• Prior experience working in a team environment and independently.
• Prior retail and/or gift-wrapping experience preferred.
• Must be able to push or lift over 20 pounds to perform warehouse job.
• Must be able to stand, walk or climb stairs/ladders for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Process online orders and manage inventory.
• Prepare and pack orders according to Company standards, including processing shipping labels.
• Spend time in warehouse or loading dock receiving and transporting deliveries.
• Maintain a clean work environment and organize items.
• Ensure proper SKU tagging and quality checks on merchandise.
