Job summary

Rook Coffee Roasters is seeking an energetic Ecommerce Fulfillment Team Member to support the logistics routine, pick and pack orders, and keep inventory accurate for our online store. You will work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely shipping and organized fulfillment operations.

Ability to work independently on online order fulfillment tasks.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
Verify order accuracy by matching items and quantities against packing slips before sealing and labeling packages.
Maintain accurate digital inventory by receiving, stocking, and recording ecommerce inventory movements.
Conduct regular cycle counts and report inventory discrepancies, low stock, and damaged goods to the Ecommerce Manager.
Organize and maintain the fulfillment area, including product storage, packaging supplies, and shipping stations.
Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the fulfillment area, packaging equipment, and shared workspaces.
Maintain the physical condition of the fulfillment area, including shelving, floors, and storage spaces.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming inventory and shipments.
