Job summary

Tony's Coffee is seeking an ECommerce Fulfillment Associate to support the eCommerce Operations Manager in daily duties for the company’s online business, including processing orders, packing shipments, and delivering customer service.

You will collaborate with the eCommerce team, monitor inventory, and maintain product data across platforms. Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 20 lb are essential; HS diploma required.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is required.
Excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with Google Workspace Suite; WordPress is a plus.
Ten-key, data entry, and other typing skills are a plus.
Familiarity with coffee or barista experience is a plus.
Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Must lift 20 lb and stand for long periods.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Fulfill daily eCommerce business for three brands (Tony’s, Camber, Forecast).
Process orders from various digital platforms.
Pack orders to ship promptly.
Provide prompt customer service via email and phone.
Coordinate with eCommerce team and understand inventory, warehouse layout, product knowledge.
Update product information across internal systems and platforms.
Monitor inventory and packing supplies.
Follow inventory procedures with distribution department.
Maintain a tidy distribution warehouse.
