ShipCalm LLC is hiring for a Customer Operations role focused on scaling eCommerce brands. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate goals into scalable execution, improving fulfillment, inventory, systems, and customer experience while owning outcomes.

The role emphasizes embedded partnership, root-cause analysis, and proactive problem solving. You’ll drive operational health and measurable improvements across portfolios.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Customer Operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting high-growth eCommerce brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage external client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting.
• Experience with WMS/OMS systems, EDI, Shopify, ERP preferred.
• Clear, empathetic communicator across Slack, email, Zoom, and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle management for assigned customer profiles.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to resolve customer issues and ensure ownership/timelines.
• Lead process improvements to enhance execution and reduce errors.
• Present data-driven insights and operational recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain high customer portfolio health and drive measurable outcomes.
