Qualificações

• 4+ years of email marketing experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiarity with leading ESPs and marketing automation tools (Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze).
• Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with automated email programs, transactional emails, and lifecycle campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights, wins, and recommendations.
• Manage all elements of email marketing initiatives from strategy to calendars.
• Create and implement integrated email calendars aligned with other campaigns.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns and automated workflows.
• Oversee conversations about performance, setup, and data-driven optimizations.
• Own email marketing thought leadership within the team.
