829 Studios is seeking an E-commerce Email Marketing Strategist to own lifecycle strategies in Klaviyo and drive client-focused campaigns across platforms. You will partner with Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams, serving as a thought leader for email automation and performance optimization.

You will manage calendars, review performance, and own the vision of campaigns from concept to deployment, while mentoring teammates and delivering data-driven insights to improve

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience, agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading and executing strategy for an E-commerce brand.
• Familiar with marketing automation technologies like Marketo, MailChimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Braze, etc.
• Proven track record with cross-functional collaboration and achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Experience with client engagements around marketing automation, email marketing, and/or lead generation.
• Experience in digital advertising and related technologies.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to produce insights and reports.
• Interest in mentoring and a client-facing product-owner mentality.

• Multitask, prioritize and coordinate activities for agile deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Provide email marketing thought leadership.
