829 Studios is seeking a mid-level E-commerce Email Marketing Strategist to join the Inbound Team. You will work directly in Klaviyo, own performance conversations, and shape automation setup for client campaigns. A strong communicator with time-management skills will thrive in our fast-paced, agency environment.

You will lead lifecycle marketing initiatives, manage calendars, and collaborate across Client Services, Web, Paid Search, and Paid Social teams to deliver data-driven results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of email marketing experience; agency experience preferred.
• 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
• Experience leading strategy for an e-commerce brand.
• Familiar with marketing automation tools and ES providers.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews with insights and recommendations.
• Manage email marketing programs, calendars, and workflows.
• Own client relationships and articulate campaign vision.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams.
