You will coordinate campaigns, calendars, and performance reviews, acting as a thought leader for email automation and analytics.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of email marketing, 2+ years on Klaviyo, and proven success in ecommerce branding, with strong collaboration skills and a product-owner mindset.

Qualifications

• This role requires 4+ years in email marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proven experience leading Klaviyo-centric lifecycle campaigns for ecommerce brands.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute lifecycle marketing plans to meet schedules, performance, and budget goals.
• Lead monthly performance reviews; provide optimization recommendations.
• Maintain detailed project calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
• Identify issues affecting campaigns and propose solutions.
• Manage all elements of email initiatives: strategies, programs, calendars.
• Create email calendars aligned with other marketing initiatives.
• Own client relationships and align campaign vision with the team.
• Ensure timely deployment of targeted email campaigns.
• Multitask and coordinate across agile deadlines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and clients.
• Provide email marketing thought leadership.
