Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking an E-Commerce Coordinator to efficiently process ecommerce orders and resolve customer queries. The role requires flexibility to accommodate showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, with some remote work possible.

Ideal candidates will have a two-year college degree in business or related field, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with SAP/SAPC. Knowledge of luxury retail and brands is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work retail operational hours, some remote work may be required.
