Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group in Florida is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to help prepare retail teams for success by supporting projects that improve daily operations, elevate client experience, and assist with new showroom openings.

This on-site role reports to the Retail Operations Manager and works closely with Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Asset Protection, and Client Services to provide clear guidance to showrooms and boutiques, ensuring consistent, high-quality service.

Job Purpose

At The Watches of Switzerland Group, the Retail Operations Specialist plays a key role in preparing retail teams for success by supporting projects that improve daily operations, elevate client experience, and assist with new showroom openings. This position reports to the Retail Operations Manager and serves as an essential resource for retail and corporate colleagues.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented professional with experience in retail administration and operations. They are committed to improving efficiency, standardizing processes across the WOS Group USA, and contributing to an exceptional client and colleague experience. This role works closely with other corporate departments, primarily Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Asset Protection, and Client Services to provide clear, consistent, and effective guidance to our showrooms and boutiques.

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience supporting retail administration and operational processes
