Job summary

The Watches of Switzerland Group seeks an E-commerce Coordinator to manage online order processing and resolve customer inquiries in coordination with internal teams. This role supports showroom hours, including evenings and weekends, to deliver a premium luxury shopping experience.

Experience with SAP and a background in luxury retail are highly valued as we serve clients across the US market. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year college degree in Business or relevant field.
• Strong problem-solving and organization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work retail operational hours, some remote work may be required.
• Luxury watch/jewelry brand knowledge preferred.
• Experience with SAP and SAPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process ecommerce orders promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer queries by providing information or escalating to the appropriate team for resolution.
