Job summary

Signet Jewelers is the world’s largest retailer of diamond jewelry, with brands including Kay Jewelers, Zales, and Jared. The Content Specialist will craft, manage, and optimize digital content across Kay & Kay Outlet websites to attract and convert customers.

Collaborating with Marketing, UX, and Social teams, you’ll ensure cohesive messaging and timely updates. Daily audits and content testing will support a strong omni-channel presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1–2+ years in a content marketing/digital marketing role.
• Experience with CMS and e-commerce platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, create, build, and launch content for Kay & Kay Outlet websites to drive discovery and conversion.
• Manage, update, and create organic content to improve Google search rankings; coordinate with SEO and agencies.
• Govern 3rd party marketing tools to listen, learn, and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with eMerchandising to create product categories and launch new brands/collections.
• Audit the Kay and Kay Outlet websites daily; report issues and participate in testing.
• Work with creative services to develop on-brand content that competes in the marketplace.
• Analyze content impact and use data for future planning.
