Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 1–2+ years in a content or digital marketing role.
• Experience with SEO and CMS platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and A/B testing helpful.

Responsibilities

• Research, plan, create, launch content for Kay & Kay Outlet websites to drive engagement and conversion.
• Manage organic content and optimize for Google search rankings with SEO partners.
• Govern third‑party marketing tools (BazaarVoice, Medallia, SYTE, Fanreel, Narvar, Tangiblee, Segoma, Decibel, GroupBy).
• Collaborate with eMerchandising to create product categories and launch new brands/collections.
• Audit Kay & Kay Outlet sites regularly and submit tickets for issues; participate in UAT and approvals.
• Work with creative teams to develop on‑brand content that resonates with customers and stands out in the marketplace.
• Evaluate content impact to inform future planning and content development.
