Job summary

Signet Jewelers, the world''s largest diamond retailer, seeks a Merchandising Analytics professional to drive sales and margin plans for Kay.com and KayOutlet.com from Irving, TX. You will analyze data, forecast demand, and coordinate with Merchandising, Marketing and Finance to optimize assortment and pricing.

Prepare regular performance reports, identify opportunities, and support cross-functional initiatives to achieve financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business or related area.
Minimum 5 years of merchandise or retail experience preferred.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically with strong communication and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain demand, sales, and margin forecasts across daily, weekly, monthly, and annual horizons.
Track performance vs. plan, identify variances, and support reporting.
Analyze historical data, trends, and customer behavior to identify risks and opportunities.
Support execution and optimization of the ecommerce promotional calendar.
Assist assortment strategy execution across owned and drop ship businesses.
Support pricing execution including promotional and regular price changes.
Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
