Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited, the world's largest diamond jewelry retailer, seeks a Merchandise and Ecommerce Analytics professional to develop, execute and communicate sales and margin plans for Kay.com and KayOutlet.com, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance.

You will forecast demand, collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Operations, analyze trends, and support pricing and assortment strategies across daily to annual horizons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or related field with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of merchandise or retail experience preferred.
• Strong quantitative analytics and business judgment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and communicate sales and margin plans for Kay.com and KayOutlet.com.
• Identify and quantify sales and margin opportunities and risks.
• Support ecommerce performance through analytics, promotional execution, assortment management, and cross-functional coordination.
