Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking a senior media lead to translate brand goals into integrated paid media plans across Kay Jewelers and Peoples. You will drive omnichannel campaigns, partner with agencies, and translate insights into actions that improve ROAS and sales while mentoring a marketing team.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong collaboration with internal teams, and a passion for optimizing media investments to elevate brand presence and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of media experience across digital video, display, paid social, and more.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
• Agency experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support brand strategy by translating business and brand goals into integrated paid media plans.
• Lead tactical campaign planning and execution for brand launches, tentpoles, and evergreen programs with agencies.
• Evaluate and shape content programs and partnerships to strengthen omnichannel journeys.
• Steward media investment to improve effectiveness, efficiency, budgeting, and impact.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, Merchandising, Store Ops, analytics, and agencies.
• Analyze performance and translate insights into actions to improve future campaigns and results.
• Maintain strong expertise in digital media landscape and industry practices.
