Qualifications

• 7+ years of media experience across digital video, display, paid social, paid search, and TV.
• Strong understanding of omnichannel and cross-device shopping behaviors.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver business results.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals into integrated paid media plans for Kay and Peoples.
• Lead campaign planning and execution for launches, tentpoles, and evergreen programs.
• Collaborate across Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, Merchandising, Store Ops, analytics, and creative teams.
