Job summary

Channel Key LLC is seeking a Channel Operations Specialist to own catalog health and day-to-day operations across Amazon and key retail partners. You will ensure listings stay live and accurate, perform SKU/ASIN reporting, and surface insights that support channel strategy.

You will develop platform expertise across Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Walmart, collaborating with a Project Manager and the channel team to optimize performance and inventory availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Amazon, eCommerce, catalog management, retail operations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Pull and maintain regular SKU/ASIN-level performance reports across Amazon and Walmart.
• Build and manage tracking spreadsheets to monitor catalog health.
• Generate returns reports and flag recurring patterns signaling issues.
• Aggregate data from marketplaces and third-party tools into actionable summaries.
• Deliver recurring reporting to Project Manager and Channel Strategist on a weekly/monthly cadence.
• Monitor inventory across Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Walmart.
• Flag stockout or overstock risks with supporting data.
• Assist with FBA shipment planning and tracking.
