Almo Corporation seeks an Account Specialist to manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring catalog integrity, pricing accuracy, and promotions are live and optimized. You will collaborate with brand teams to align goals and drive growth on Amazon.

The role combines hands-on operational tasks with brand management, emphasizing data-driven decisions, catalog health, and compliance to maximize profitability across major e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with item setup, catalog maintenance, online merchandising, pricing and promotions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Experience with major e-commerce platforms and catalog management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts, ensuring listings, pricing, and promotions are live and optimized.
• Collaborate with brand teams to align goals, promotions, and execution.
• Monitor availability, sell-through, and readiness of items to drive growth.
• Oversee SKU onboarding and data accuracy, ensuring Amazon standards compliance.
• Coordinate CSAs with finance and sales, and reconcile agreements.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, marketing, compliance and customer service.
• Track performance metrics related to Amazon operations and promotions; share insights.
• Troubleshoot catalog issues and ensure item data meets listing standards.
• Resolve SKU suppression and listing errors, maintaining catalog health.
