Job summary
The Salvation Army ARC San Bernardino is seeking an Ecommerce Associate to join our Distribution Center team. The role focuses on processing and shipping sold merchandise, creating product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Candidate will meet daily posting quotas, assist customers via email/phone, and collaborate with the District Sales Manager and Operations Manager to grow the ecommerce business. Strong computer skills and retail experience are valued.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2-4 years of customer service and/or retail experience.
- Pass a criminal background check.
- Strong computer skills including Windows OS and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Process and ship sold merchandise and create product listings.
- Coordinate inventory and ensure accurate postings.
- Take high-quality photos and write clear product descriptions.
- Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone.
- Meet daily posting quotas and sales targets set by supervisor.
- Collaborate with District Sales Manager and Operations Manager.
