Babilou Family US is hiring an Assistant Teacher in Dedham, MA. You will support a Certified Teacher with daily lessons, help create an eco-minded classroom, and foster respectful relationships with children and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with young children in childcare or education setting preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist Certified Teacher in daily lesson plans and learning experiences.
• Support a safe, organized classroom and implement sustainability concepts.
• Supervise children during activities and document observations.
• Engage families via sustainable communication and participate in events.
• Attend required trainings and contribute to curriculum and sustainability initiatives.
