Babilou Family US is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support a Certified Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and sustainable learning experiences. The role emphasizes a safe, organized classroom and active family engagement.

You will contribute to a nurturing environment, follow lesson plans, and participate in ongoing professional development to advance sustainable education practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with young children in childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom safety standards.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow lesson plans and support the Certified Teacher.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Certified Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and learning experiences for whole-child development.
• Maintain an organized, environmentally responsible classroom following sustainable practices.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and transitions and report safety concerns.
• Engage with families and participate in sustainability-focused family events.
• Attend required trainings and collaborate with the team on curriculum and sustainability initiatives.
