Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and childcare experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Certified Teacher with daily lesson plans and age-appropriate sustainability concepts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, eco-friendly classroom and follow sustainable routines.
• Supervise children during activities, meals, and outdoor play, ensuring safety.
• Document observations for assigned children and report issues per policy.
• Greet families warmly and support sustainable communication with updates.
• Attend required trainings and collaborate to enhance curriculum and sustainability.
