Job summary

TEEMA is seeking an experienced eClinicalWorks Implementation Project Manager to lead a major enterprise-wide eCW implementation across a large multi-site physician practice. You will drive planning, go-live, and stabilization, coordinating with clinical and executive stakeholders in a remote environment.

The role requires 5+ years in healthcare technology implementation, 3+ years leading EHR projects, hands-on eCW experience, and ability to travel as needed; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on eClinicalWorks implementation experience is required.
• 5+ years of healthcare technology implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and patient-care operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of eClinicalWorks across multiple practice locations.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Coordinate data conversion, migration, system integrations, testing, and validation.
• Partner with physicians, clinical leaders, operations, technical teams, vendors, and executives.
• Drive workflow standardization, readiness, change adoption, and user engagement.
• Coordinate role-based training and establish super-user programs.
• Develop go-live strategies, command-center support, escalation processes, and stabilization plans.
• Track KPIs, adoption metrics, and post-launch performance.
