Job summary

Project Renewal is seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Applications Administrator & Training professional to manage eClinicalWorks and related healthcare IT apps across programs. You will train staff, ensure data quality, and produce reports to enhance clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.

The role requires deep knowledge of eCW, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication skills. It offers a collaborative environment with governance processes and on-site work at our New York location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with eClinicalWorks, including clinical, front desk, and basic billing workflows.
• At least 3 years in administration, configuration, and support of eClinicalWorks.
• Experience with data reporting tools (eBO, eLoom).
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and HITECH.
• Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, support, optimization, training, reporting, compliance, and strategic management of healthcare IT applications.
• Develop and deliver training on eCW and other healthcare IT applications for diverse staff.
• Collaborate with PEQA and leadership to identify data quality issues and improve training.
• Maintain IT Runbook and contribute to change management and governance.
