Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an experienced Epic Implementation Manager (Clinical) to lead enterprise-wide Epic deployments across a national health system. You will partner with clinical and executive leaders to drive end-to-end implementation from design through go-live and stabilization.

You will mentor large analyst teams and ensure adoption of best-practice clinical workflows. The role requires travel to hospital sites and collaboration with CMOs, Nursing Leadership, and Executives.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of applicable work experience.
• Five+ years in electronic medical records.
• Experience leading an Epic implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Mgmt, CS, or related field preferred.
• Four+ years with integrated healthcare information systems preferred.
• Four+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry and hospital operations preferred.
• Experience leading large teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic implementations across multiple hospitals.
• Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Coordinate with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
• Mentor and manage clinical application analyst teams.
• Drive milestones, risk mitigation, and delivery outcomes.
