Job summary

FRANKLIN MINT GROUP in Paoli, PA is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Member Service/Retail Teller to support daily branch operations. You will handle member transactions, open accounts, cross-sell products, and deliver excellent service in a fast-paced retail credit union environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of retail experience. Flexible schedule and occasional travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years demonstrated ability to succeed in retail environment.
• Strong customer/member service and communication skills.
• Ability to cross-sell credit union products and services.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to generation of new business to assist in reaching production and profitability goals.
• Processes member transactions accurately and efficiently and responds to inquiries.
• Supports branch greeter program and promotes member-facing digital services.
• Cross-sells products to meet member financial needs and offers referrals.
• Balances daily transactions and maintains accurate file maintenance.
