Job summary

Franklin Mint Credit Union is seeking a Full-Time Member Services Associate at the Springfield, PA branch. You will onboard new members and provide ongoing relationship servicing, while cross-selling credit union products to meet members' financial needs.

The role requires a high school diploma (GED acceptable) and 2+ years of financial services experience, with opportunities to travel between branches as needed. The position offers a competitive hourly salary and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related financial services experience required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate needs of new and existing members and offer appropriate financial products and services.
• Expand member relationships to support branch goals through active selling of credit union products and services.
• Open and close new memberships, including IRA, Trust, and Estate.
• Process personal and vehicle loans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support daily branch settlement of cash boxes, vaults, cash recyclers, ATMs, ITMs, and negotiable instruments.
