Job summary

Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union, Media branch, seeks an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier member service, and drive sales performance in a full-time role. You will mentor staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with Relationship Managers to grow business members.

Responsibilities include onboarding business accounts, implementing security and audit controls, and leading a team to meet service levels while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year supervisory experience OR 5-7 years in financial services.
• NMLS license required.
• Strong abilities in customer service, teamwork, presentation, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Branch Manager in their absence and ensures policy adherence.
• Helps achieve budgeted sales goals and production objectives.
• Counsels members on financial services and cross-sells; makes referrals.
• Maximizes member satisfaction and handles complaints to maintain service quality.
• Onboards business accounts and supports Relationship Managers.
• Supervises and trains branch staff; ensures onboarding and security procedures are followed.
• Leads marketing promotions and participates in sponsor/partner events.
• Oversees daily cash handling, vaults, ATMs, and negotiable instruments.
