You will drive member satisfaction by delivering quality service, while maintaining compliance with BSA/OFAC and internal controls.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, some college, and at least two years in financial services; occasional travel to other branches may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates member needs and offers appropriate financial products and services.
• Expands member relationships through active selling and servicing.
• Opens and closes new memberships including IRA, Trust, and Estate.
• Processes loans with accuracy and efficiency.
• Balances daily transactions and resolves discrepancies promptly.
• Supports branch settlement and adheres to BSA/OFAC controls.
