Hollander is hiring a Growth Advisor to drive growth, retention, and account health for its eBay Program sellers. You will optimize marketplace performance, onboard new sellers, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Technical Support to deliver measurable revenue growth.

The role requires 2–4 years in account management or ecommerce, strong communication, and analytical skills, plus travel up to 30% for customer visits and events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
• 2-4 years of experience in account management, sales, ecommerce, or marketplace environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to translate data into growth strategies.
• Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in automotive services is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with marketplace listing management and performance monitoring.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel approximately 30% as required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of eBay sellers with focus on GMV growth and marketplace performance.
• Monitor seller health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts.
• Lead onboarding and training for new sellers to ensure ramp-up and performance.
• Troubleshoot listing, compliance, and eLINK issues with cross-functional teams.
• Provide customer feedback and product recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales to provide product expertise and demos.
• Support email campaigns and account health outreach.
• Represent Hollander as an eBay SME at events and industry sessions.
