Job summary

Aosom in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an E-Commerce Channel Manager to own the day-to-day performance across third-party marketplaces and our DTC site. You will manage item setup, pricing, promotions, and inventory feeds to drive revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years in ecommerce, experience with marketplace channels, and strong data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketplace portals and dropship programs.
• Experience managing product feeds and catalogs.
• Knowledge of EDI and retailer order flows.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Clear communicator with partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day channel operations and revenue growth.
• Set and monitor channel KPIs including GMV and sell-through.
• Onboard new marketplaces and launch assortments.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Ops, and Marketing.
