Job summary

Growpreneur is seeking a Senior Manager - E-commerce Growth with deep Amazon marketplace expertise to guide growth strategy across marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. This remote role supports international expansion and emphasizes growth beyond advertising.

You will own growth strategy, optimize Amazon Advertising, analyze Brand Analytics and Business Reports, and manage client relationships with strong execution and accountability.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-7 years of marketplace/e-commerce experience.
• Deep hands-on Amazon experience beyond PPC.
• Ability to diagnose marketplace performance and translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy for assigned marketplace accounts and translate data into priorities.
• Lead Amazon Advertising activities including Sponsored Products, Brands and Display.
• Interpret business and brand analytics to drive decisions and growth.
• Oversee marketplace operations, catalogue health, pricing, promotions and Buy Box.
• Diagnose conversion issues and collaborate on content optimization.
• Support Flipkart/Myntra growth where relevant and expand internationally.
• Independently manage client communications and present recommendations with data.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to playbooks and best practices.
• Take ownership for outcomes and drive actions through to completion.
