Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Area Field Product Manager to drive growth in the regional sales area and partner with the AVP of Sales. This role is envisioned as a 1-3 year assignment with potential for expanded responsibilities.

You will lead the Sales Process, ensure Shareville hygiene, and develop team skills while engaging customers to establish local reference sites across the DX portfolio. Collaborate with NAM Marketing, Finance, Sales Enablement and other NAM teams to meet revenue

Qualifications

• Proven frontline sales and diagnostic experience.
• Strong mastery of sales processes and territory forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Experience in training and developing sales teams.
• Proficient with data-driven decision making and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional deployment of sales initiatives and customer reference sites for Siemens Healthineers DX portfolio.
• Own deal submissions, educate teams on proposals, and manage the sales funnel and pipeline across all product lines.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new hires, assign Sales Mentors, and close skill gaps.
• Drive opportunities through Shareville to ensure accurate forecasts and plan actions to close gaps.
