Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an Area Field Product Manager in Atlanta to lead growth initiatives within the sales region. You'll partner with the AVP of Sales and collaborate with NAM Marketing, Finance, and Sales Enablement to meet revenue targets and drive regional success.

This 1-3 year assignment emphasizes developing the sales process, customer engagement, and talent development while ensuring accurate forecasting and strong field execution across product lines.

Qualifications

• Proven success and experience in front-line sales diagnostics.
• Strong understanding and mastery of sales processes, territory forecasting, and creating and developing sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience in training and development, focusing on coaching and mentoring.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional deployment of Demo Trucks, VIPs at HQs, and develop local Customer reference sites for the Siemens Healthineers DX portfolio.
• Serve as the Area liaison for finance to ensure deals progress through the sales pipeline and manage the funnel across all product lines.
• Oversee the success of new hires post-training, assign Sales Mentors, and address skill gaps identified by leadership.
• Oversee opportunities through Shareville to ensure accurate sales information and improved forecasting, driving growth.
