Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for Eastern Regional truck driver positions. You will participate in a four-week paid mentorship, guided by an experienced mentor, with a clear path to solo status.

The program covers trip planning, safe vehicle operation, hours-of-service compliance, and customer service, with milestones and recognition for top performers. A late-model tractor is provided on upgrade, and options to move to dedicated or regional lanes arise within nine months

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required or in process, recent grads encouraged.
• Demonstrate safety-conscious driving and professional conduct on the road.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to mentor guidance and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs accurately.
• Follow DOT regulations, hours-of-service requirements, and company policies.
• Learn under a mentor to progress to solo operations and communicate with dispatch.
• Coordinate with customers and dispatch for timely deliveries.
