Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional driver trainee program. You will gain on-the-job experience under an experienced mentor with a clear path to solo status and a structured curriculum covering trip planning, safe vehicle operation, and hours-of-service compliance.

During training you’ll receive a 4-week paid mentorship, with a transition to solo status and potential lane transfers within nine months based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required; no over-the-road experience is necessary for recent graduates.
• Must pass background and Clearinghouse checks and meet DOT qualification requirements.
• Commitment to safety policies and professional conduct on the road.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain logs.
• Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements.
• Follow mentor instructions during training and demonstrate progression toward solo status.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
