Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional truck driver training program. You will begin with a structured, mentor-guided curriculum and progress toward solo operation after successful training.

A four-week paid mentorship phase with a clear upgrade path is included. Compensation starts with trainee pay, followed by solo pay at $0.55 per mile, with expected weekly mileage around 2,500 miles.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• No over-the-road experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Able to pass background and DOT checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs.
• Follow mentor guidance during training and demonstrate progressive proficiency for solo operations.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
