Job summary

365 Freight USA is seeking recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional truck driver trainee program. You will train under a mentor, with a clear path to solo status and a structured curriculum covering trip planning, safety, hours-of-service, and customer service.

Earn while you learn with a 4-week paid mentorship, then transition to solo pay. Benefits start day one, plus a sign-on incentive and tuition reimbursement available after upgrade.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license is required and recent grads are encouraged to apply.
• No prior over-the-road experience required; trainee program provided.
• Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes and schedules.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain driver logs.
• Follow mentor instructions and progress to solo operations.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and company personnel.
