Job summary

365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates for an Eastern Regional truck driver position with a 4-week paid trainee program and one-on-one mentorship. You train under an experienced mentor, then upgrade to solo status with a clear path forward.

Compensation includes solo pay after upgrade at $0.55 per mile, typical weekly mileage around 2,500 miles, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus after upgrade and a $500 performance bonus at 90 days post-upgrade.

Qualifications

• Recent CDL-A graduates welcomed for paid trainee program.
• No over-the-road experience required; mentor-guided training.
• Must meet DOT qualification and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial motor vehicles safely on assigned routes.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Follow mentor instructions and progress to solo status.
